Transcript & Diploma Requests

Transcripts for Current RAHS Students

• College Applications, Initial/Final Transcripts, and NCAA Eligibility requests should be made in the student's Xello account. The College & Career Center receives these requests, uploads, and submits transcripts.

• Common Application Transcript requests should be made in the student's Xello account. The College & Career Center receives these requests, uploads, and submits transcripts and other Common App-required supporting documents.

• Official Transcripts for Scholarships, PSEO, and insurance can be obtained from Student Support Services.

• Unofficial Transcripts for Scholarships, PSEO, and insurance can be obtained from StudentVUE under Course History.

Transcripts for Roseville Alumni

• All transcripts should be ordered through Parchment. Please see the instructions below.

Ordering Transcripts via Parchment

If you are a Roseville graduate, please follow these steps to request your transcript.

1. Go to www.parchment.com  

2. Set up an account with an email address and password

3. Find high school – Roseville Area High School (If you graduated from Fairview Alternative High School, Ramsey High School or Kellogg High School, please select Roseville Area High School)

4. Select a destination address for each transcript from Parchment’s database of accredited colleges

5. Choose deliver options and pay the fee online with a valid credit or debit card

You can sign into Parchment at any time to request additional transcripts or to track requests in progress. You will receive a confirmation email when your transcript has been sent.

All replacement diplomas should be ordered through Herff Jones (800-837-4235).
